On 8 May, the whole of Ukraine celebrates an important date – The Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism in the Second World War of 1939-1945 years. This holiday is the embodiment of our unity and our compassion for the victims of war and violence.

Today, the war continues, and we are still fighting together for our nation's right to exist and freedom. For the opportunity to live and enjoy every day, we are sincerely grateful to our Defenders. 

We remember every day, we are grateful and proud, we believe and pray.

Soon the Victory will come and then all of Ukraine will unanimously say: "Thank you, our Heroes!"
