Description of the project
Project description: In Kharkiv last year, the russian occupiers shelled the "Institute of Public Administration" Institute of Public Administration of the V.N. Kharkiv National KarazinUniversity (1400 students studied).
The assembly hall was completely destroyed, the library and technical infrastructure were damaged, more than 100 windows were broken. The right side of the building was destroyed on March 18, 2022 as a result of a Caliber missile hit.
The estimated amount for the restoration of the "IPA" ESI is UAH 45 million.
