About the Foundation

Kharkiv Karazin University Foundation was established as a charitable entity to support the University and its employees in times of war and after-war hardships.
Kharkiv University has already made and maintains a tremendous contribution to national and international science, as well as into the development of culture, sports, and education. Even in the wartime, the University keeps on functioning and providing professional training of future experts together with their social and patriotic upbringing. Obviously, the war sets major limitations and poses serious threats that substantially impact the University’s activities.

This project was launched to support the Karazin University and foster its after-war reconstruction. We believe that together we will be able to deliver this mission, to preserve and proliferate academic culture of Kharkiv region and whole Ukraine.
